In loving memory of Maryam, born on February 26, 1997, and departed on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2023. Maryam was a radiant soul, gracing us with her beauty, intelligence, and boundless generosity. Though the circumstances of her passing remain under investigation, her impact on those she touched is undeniable. Raised by her devoted parent and supported by her grandparents Mugerdich Agop, Grandma Armenoosh Gregorian, and Uncle Vikin Mugerdich, Maryam was a shining example of strength and love. Later in life, she found additional support in her stepdad, David Loesel. Maryam's journey included academic excellence, achieving Honor Roll status for four consecutive years and receiving the prestigious Presidential Award from Barack Obama in 2015. She was not just a scholar; Maryam was a compassionate mentor and a guiding light to her foster siblings. Her innate ability to counsel and bring harmony to those around her extended to her own family, where she played an irreplaceable role. Family meant everything to Maryam, and her love for her little brother Jacob was unwavering. Maryam's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her. She was an angel, the backbone of her family, and a celestial presence who now shines as a star in the heavens. The flourishing forget-me-not plants serve as a poignant reminder that her spirit remains with us. Until we meet again in heaven, farewell, my beautiful daughter, your memory will endure, and your name will forever twinkle in our skies.
