Alexandra Smyrniotis, daughter of Niko and Constantina Poulos, was born in Louka, Greece on December 8, 1928. Shortly after coming to America at the age of 18, she met George Smyrniotis and they were later blessed with two daughters, Tina & Nikki, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Alexandra dedicated her life to her family and her church and would want to remembered exactly for that.

The trisagion service will be on Friday, November 28, 2014 at 7 pm, and the funeral service will be Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 10 am, both held at Assumption of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 5761 East Colorado Street, Long Beach, California 90814. Interment to follow at Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
