Dr. Arthur Hatfield, age 74, passed away at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, California on Saturday, September 17, 2016.
Dr. Hatfield practiced podiatry in the southern California area for the last 43 years. He also served in and was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He is survived by his wife, Diane of over 51 years; and his children, Artie (Skylar), Jason (Camille), Matthew (Liz), Eric (Alicia), Emily, Candace (Joe Sundahl) and Betsy (Jess Miller), his loving sisters Lenoir, Nancy and Elodie. Additionally, he is survived by 27 grandchildren who love him dearly and will miss him greatly.
His father Arthur and mother Clarice and sister Jane and daughter-in-law Camille have proceeded him in death.
Services will be held on Thursday September 22, 2016 at 12:00 noon at the LDS Chapel on 19191 17th Street, Huntington Beach, California. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 12:00 noon at the same location.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, September 24th, at 12 noon, at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery, 420 South 400 East, Spanish Fork, Utah.
In lieu of flowers the family would ask donations to be made to either The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints General Missionary fund or Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation (www.tnbcfoundation.org) in the name of Camille Hatfield. Email Condolences to www.ChapmanFuneralDirectors.com.
