Chris Andrews was born on April 18, 1928 in Vartholomio, Greece to Yiannis and Eleni Androutsos. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 3, 2019. Beloved husband of Dia, devoted father of Eleni Malandrinos (Alex), Christina Bakis (George) and John. Adoring papou of Christo, Maryanne, Thanasi, Christo, and Aliki. Brother of Evgenia Karatzas and Alex Andrews (Kiki). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Proud co-founder and devoted member of Saint George Greek Orthodox Church in Downey, he cherished the time he spent in his Greek community.

The Trisagion service will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at 7pm. The funeral service will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 at 10am. Both services will be held at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, 10830 Downey Avenue, Downey, CA 90241. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park. Makaria at Saint George hall following interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saint George Memorial Fund.
