Christopher was born December 26, 2014 in Montebello, California, to Edward and Marie Mars.
Christopher was raised in Bell Gardens, California and attended schools in that area, graduating from Bell Gardens High School. He continued his education at Cerritos College where he earned his Associates of Arts degree. While at Cerritos College he was a member of Alpha Phi Beta fraternity and played on the water polo team.
Christopher worked for various environmental consulting firms over the years. He spend the majority of his career working for Mars Environmental, Inc. He opened his own waste management business and was self-employed for the last 7 years.
Christopher enjoyed being in the outdoors, being on the water and socializing with his friends.
He leaves behind his two children McKenna Mars (13) and Jared Mars (11), who love him very much.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Marie and his aunts Clara and Sister Gilbert.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 3:00p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home, Orange Chapel 1342 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA.
