Ekaterni Dimitrios Karnakis 58, passed away valiantly after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born in Steniklaro, Greece to Dimitrios and Evagelia Lyberopoulos. She lived a good life, then with this long drawn out disease. She never once complained about her condition, not did she provide a negative thought or gesture to anyone, she was a good hearted loving wife, Mother, and grandmother. She loved her family, Loved life, loved people and animals. She wwill be missed by all. She is survived by her children, Chris Karnakis, and Angie Cosfol, and her husband Michael. One grandchild, Johnny Cosfol, who was the light in her life. Also 3 brothers survive her, Eli, Fananki, and Vasilee. In Lieu of flowers, Contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Trisagion service will be Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 7:00pm. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 11:00am, both held at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale.
