Faye was born on April 14, 1928 in Akron, OH to Nick and Katina Kanakaris. She passed away peacefully on February 11, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel and son-in-law, Dimitrios Critopoulos.
She is survived by her daughter, Katina Critopoulos, and two granddaughters, Michelle and Melanie Hawe, whom she loved very much.
Trisaigon services are Monday at 7pm at Chapman Funeral Home, 1342 E. Chapman Ave in Orange. Funeral services will be Tuesday at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 5761 E. Colorado St. in Long Beach. Interment will be Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 12:00pm held at Belmont Memorial Park, Fresno, CA
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Monastery of the Theotokos, PO Box 549, Dunlap, CA.93621.
