Ignacio Sanchez Sr, passed away at the age of 74, in a tragic car accident on May 31, 2021, in Anza, California. He was born on July 31, 1946, to Jose and Christina Sanchez in Grafton, North Dakota. Ignacio retired as a mechanic in 2010. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandkids, Drake and Juliet, and helping his son, Ignacio "Jr", work on his truck. Ignacio was preceded in death by his sister, Christina Morales; his parents Jose and Cristina; and his infant grandson Mateo. He leaves behind his three sons Steve (Deborah), Joe, and Ignacio "Jr" (Nicole); his three daughters Gina, Sherry, and Esperanza (Cameron); and seven grandchildren.

Services will be held at Chapman Funeral Homes on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 10am.
