John Frank Sladek, 70, passed away peacefully December 26, 2013 in Newport Beach, California. John was born to John F. and Helen Sladek in Chicago, Illinois. John was a loving husband, and father.
He contributed much to the community and to the movie industry. John was a character actor in numerous major movies in Hollywood. He was well known and respected in the Entertainment industry. He was a member of the Screen Actors Guild for over 30 years.
John is survived by his loving wife, Sharon, and his son.
