Lisa Ann Hackworth, 53, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013, after a long battle with Diabetes.
She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Louis Hackworth.
She is survived by her father Noel Hackworth and her step-mother Violett, her sister Susie Narey (John) of Brea, CA; her two brothers Dennis Hackworth (Vickie) of Scottsdale, AZ; and Scott Hackworth (Dona) of Cypress, CA.
