Marina Koukis was born on February 27th, 1964, in Athens, Greece. She came to the United States at the age of 3 and grew up in Glendale, California. She attended Glendale High School, graduated and went on to earn her Bachelors degree in political science from UCLA. Marina had a very successful career in commercial property management.
Marina had a special bond with her two daughters, Katherine Kadenacy and Isabella Benetti. She is also survived be her loving parents, Pandelis and Eva Koukis and her brother, James Koukis.
Trisagion services will be held at Saint Sophia Cathedral, located at; 1324 South Normandie Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006 on Thursday, June 12th, 2014 at 7:00pm.
The funeral services will be held at Saint Sophia Cathedral as well on Friday, June 13th, 2014 at 11:00am. Internment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park located at 17125 Glendale Ave., Glendale, CA 91205.
