Michael N. Balinakos, 73 passed away peacefully surrounded by his family in Santa Monica,Ca November 22, 2013. He was born in Sparta, Greece, and was born to Nicholas and Eleni Balinakos. Michael was a loving man, a great husband, father and Papou. He was in the restaurant business for over 50 years, and caring for his customers and friends was his passion. His family was everything to him. He leaves behind his wife, Josephine of over 43 years of marriage. His loving daughters, Nicole and her husband, Christopher, and Helen Balinakos. His two favorite grandsons, Nicholas and Michael. He will be sorely missed.
