Panagiotis "Pete" Roumbos, passed away peacefully August 13, 2015 in Montebello, California at the age of 84. He was born in Athens, Greece to Paraskvas and Konstantina Roumbos. He served his country faithfully in the Military before coming to America to fulfill his life's dream. He was owner of restaurants for over 40 years, and was very successful. He loved his family and was proud of them and their accomplishments. He is survived by his son Perry and his wife, Melina, a son-in-law, Russ Spiropoulos, four granddaughters, and one great grandson. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ekaterini Roumbos and his beloved Dina.

Trisagion service will be Tuesday, August 18th, 2015 at 7:00 pm, and the funeral service will be Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 10:00 am, both held at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, 10830 Downey Avenue, Downey, CA 90241. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Cemetery, in the Greek Foundation Section.
