Teri Carpentier devoted wifte, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away at her Huntington Beach home after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born and raised in San Pedro, she attended Holy Trinity, Mary Star and San Pedro High School, graduating in 1974. She earned her nursing degree and worked as an RN at San Pedro Hospital before becoming a full time mother.

Predeceased by her parents, Frank and Eileen Sundstedt; and brother Richard. She is survived by husband, Rick; sons, Danny (Regan) and Sean; daughters Lauren (Will) Croke and Sarah (Rafael) Orellano; 12 grandchildren; brothers, Frank (Janet), Mark (Cheryle) and Michael (Susanne); sisters Joanne (Paul) Breen, Lisa (Steve) Zar and Mary (Dave) Tripoli; sister-in-law, Robyn Carpentier; several nieces and nephews and many friends.

The Rosary will be led by her Uncle, Father Donald Lavelle, CMF at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 7, 2015 followed by the Traditional Latin Requiem Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Mary's By the Sea Catholic Church, 321 10th Street, Huntington Beach. Burial will be at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
