On August 16 2019, Thomas John Clarke died in Newport Beach, California at 56.

Thomas (Tom) is survived by his mother Joyce Ann Clarke, of Greenville Ohio, Lisa Marie Clarke of Costa Mesa, California, Teresa Jo Ramirez of Oregon City, Oregon, Stephen Owen Clarke, Norman Oklahoma, and Edward Jefferies Clarke of Norman Oklahoma. Nieces and nephrews include Julian A. Ramirez, Noah R. Ramirez, Savana M. Ramirez and Margaret R. Ramirez from Oregon City, Oregon; Juliet Clarke, Jace Clarke, Lucy Clarke and Edward Clarke from Norman Oklahoma. Thomas was preceded in death by his father Stephen Owen Clarke and his beloved cousin Jeffrey J. Shrader.

Tom was born April 10, 1963 in White Plains, New York. He graduated from West Catholic High School in 1981 and went on to get his undergraduate degree in 1992 from CSU before getting his law degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1999.
