Baywalk Marketing reserves the right to refuse any obituary. Zelle, Visa, or Master Card is required for purchasing an obituary. Prices subject to change without notice. Content submitted to us must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. We will attempt to be as accurate and current as possible. However, we do not warrant that the content of the obituary website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Baywalk Marketing is using a third party database system for the obituaries, which is currently offered as an ongoing service. If such third party database system is discontinued, we will attempt to move existing obituaries to another service. If no cost-effective database system is found, we reserve the right to discontinue the service and refund obituaries less than 90 days old from the time of order upon request.
